I didn't receive my guide after buying
First check your spam folder and Gmail's Promotions tab, then check the email you used at checkout. If there's still nothing after an hour, email me your order number — I'll resend it by hand.
How do I pay from my country?
Everything goes through Selar: pick your currency at the top of the page, then pay by card, mobile money or Wave depending on your country. Full steps are on the shop page.
Do you do personalised consultations?
Yes. You can book a slot, or write to me directly with your hair type and main concern.
Which guide do I need?
If you don't know where to start, get the free Type 4 Kit first. Otherwise describe your issue in two lines and I'll tell you which one will actually help — even if the answer is none.
Can I cancel The Circle anytime?
Yes, in one click from Selar, without asking me. Any guide you bought separately stays yours forever.
Do you offer brand partnerships?
